Returns: 30 days from delivery. Unworn pieces in original packaging get a full refund. Worn or altered pieces have a 15% restocking fee. Earrings must be unworn with backs included. Custom orders are final sale.

Warranty: 6-month warranty on craftsmanship.
Care
Wipe the pendant and chain with a soft polishing cloth after each wear.
For a deeper clean, soak in warm water with a drop of mild soap for a few minutes.
Brush gently over the stones with a soft toothbrush.
Rinse, then pat completely dry with a soft cloth.
Fasten the clasp and store it in its box to keep the chain tangle-free.
